DNC Conventional Wisdom July 2007:  
"Nobody's gonna vote for a black guy named Barrack Hussein Obama.  For Christ sake we just overthrew a guy named Hussein in Iraq.  Plus he's a socialist with ties to radical domestic terrorists and militant black leaders.  There's no way he can win.   Plus he's inexperienced, a first term junior senator.  He's gonna get trounced in the general election.  The countries not ready.  Besides the big money is behind Clinton"

DNC Conventional Wisdom July 2015:
"Nobody's gonna vote for an old Jewish guy named Bernie Sanders.  For Christ sake he's 70 years old.    Plus he's a socialist.  Did we mention he's old and socialist?  He's gonna get trounced in the general election.  There's no way he can win.  The countries just not ready. Besides the big money is behind Clinton" 

Oh, how wrong they were... and will be.   Look at the social media engine we have to go right around the corporate media.   Grass roots: friend to friend voter to voter.  

 It's 8 times as large as the media channel Obama had to work with in 2008 when he ran against the Clinton machine.   If we seize this moment we can get a champion for single payer health, stronger unions, a higher minimum wage, and real banking and wall street reform.  Time to take back our Democracy.  Step one Below
